La page Facebook London Edinburgh London 2017 vient de nous annoncer les modalités d’attribution des places pour leur futur Randonnée Londres-Edimbourgh-Londres de juillet 2017.

300 places seront mises en vente dès demain, 15 septembre 2015, pour être certain de participer à cette Randonnée. 100 places seront mises en vente à 07:00 GMT, 100 à 15:00 GMT et le solde à à 23:00 GMT. Pour finaliser la réservation, il faudra réaliser un virement de  £100 sous 14 jours et le solde final au 4 janvier 2017.

A noter que ces frais d’inscription de  £100 sont, comme les tickets Prem’s, non modifiables et non remboursables. Néanmoins, vous pourrez le cas échéant revendre votre place avec une décote de £50 si vous étiez dans l’impossibilité de participer.

« Tomorrow we’re selling 300 places for London Edinburgh London 2017, and you can secure yours for a £100 deposit.

We’ll release 100 tickets at 07:00 GMT, another 100 at 15:00 GMT, and the final batch at 23:00 GMT.

If you get a place, you will need to pay your deposit by bank transfer within 14 days and the balance by 4 January 2017, also by bank transfer. We’ll send you our bank details as soon as you get your place. You can only buy one entry, whether its for you or someone else. If you’re buying a place for someone else, make sure you use their details, because we cannot transfer the place later.

If you have a guaranteed place or you’ve been an Audax UK member since 25 March 2015, you don’t need to do anything until 2017, when we’re opening entries early for you.

Your entry to London Edinburgh is not refundable, though we may be able to sell your place to another rider for a £50 admin fee. So before you buy your place, make sure that you’re happy with our terms and conditions. »
